JOB TITLE: Parts Representative            

EMPLOYER: Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona

DEPARTMENT: Parts

SUMMARY: Provide support to all aspects of the parts department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loads, transports, and delivers sold parts to clients
• Support shipping & receiving, and warehouse operations
• Take inventory of parts in stock
• Interacts with customers in a professional manner.
• Provide price quotes over the phone and email
• Sell parts to in-person & phone customers
• Assist in purchasing for the Parts Department
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

PAY & BENEFITS

• Salary range $17.50 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years related experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Familiarity with auto or heavy duty parts practices and handling methods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with 5 years of clean driving history.
• Strong computer, typing, and Microsoft skills

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

• Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
